Shipping and Return/Exchange Policy

At Musk Ox Max, we understand the challenges of shopping online. You can’t touch things or try them on and they may just seem different in-person than online(but on the plus side, you can’t knock over product displays). Given the challenges of shopping online, we would really like to work with you so that you are not disappointed with our products. So we do our best as a small company to have a good return policy. General Return Policy

We accept exchanges and offer returns for items in their original condition and with their receipts within 30 days of the date of purchase. The process for all exchanges and returns is to first contact us via MuskOxMax@outlook.com. Please provide us with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will then issue a return number which you can write on your receipt. Send the receipt and the item back to us at:

In the case of exchanges, the customer pays the return shipping on the original item and we will pay the shipping on the replacement item. Please be sure to consult our sizing charts(link) to ensure the most accurate fit possible. We allow one exchange per item ordered. Beyond that limit, you may simply return the item for a refund and place another order.

In the case of returns for reasons other than error or defect, the customer pays the return shipping.

There are no refunds of the original shipping fees unless the item we sent you was the wrong item or defective in some way. In that case, you will be refunded the cost of the original shipping once we have received the returned item.

Summary of Return Policy

Requirements for Exchanges and Returns:

  •  Item is in its original condition. In the case of clothing, this includes being unworn.
  • There is a receipt.
  • It is within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Exchanges and Returns Process:

  •  The customer sends an email to MuskOxMax describing the reason for the exchange or return and providing an order number from the receipt, also attaching pictures of defective items if appropriate.
  • A return number is then issued to the customer by us.
  • The customers writes the return number on their receipt and ships the receipt and item back to us at:

  •  In the case of an exchange, we then ship you a new item free of charge up to the same value (any added value will be charged). In the case of returns, we then refund you all but the original shipping fee within 7-10 business days. The shipping fee is non-refundable except in the instance of defective items or wrong items sent.

Policy on Shipping Fees for Exchanges and Returns

Shipping on Replacement Items

  • Shipping on the replacement item in the case of an exchange is provided by us, free of charge for up to one exchange per item ordered.

Shipping on Item Being Returned in the case of an Exchange or Return

  • All return shipping is at the customers expense unless the item being returned or exchanged is defective or was the wrong item.

Original Shipping

  • Original shipping is refunded if the returned or exchanged item is defective or the wrong item. Otherwise, the original shipping is not refunded in cases of exchanges or returns.

Shipping to Canada

Tracking is only available when the package is in the United States. There may also be delays due to customs which may be from a few days to a few weeks. Unfortunately, we have no control over this aspect.

International Shipping 

Tracking is only available when the package is in the United States. Customs may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.  Print Aura is not responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks.
